My Legacy to Mother Earth

When I was young, my family and I always spend our time in Botolan, Zambales. Me and my dad loves to explore, but the thing is I don’t like animals because I am scared of them so I learn to appreciate plants more. Looking at them makes me feel special, seeing a sight that is so vibrant and calming like that- is so wonderful. I remember going to a big garden in the US- I was running all over the place with my cousin following me. The garden was full with flowers and I was speaking so loud because I haven’t seen anything like that before in the Philippines. My auntie grace has a garden in their backyard so I always go to their house to play tea party and stuff with flowers surrounding us.

I learn to love photography because of nature. Being able to take a photo of them is amazing. I think my legacy to Mother Earth is being a person who appreciate them by taking photos and encouraging other to take care of them too.

The Purpose of my Life

What is my purpose living in this world???

I think we are living in this world because we want to do something that would make a difference. Roles, we need it in order to find what we enjoy to do.

In my case, the role that I like the most and at the same time I find really difficult is being a person that can help change the world little by little. I find it really difficult because when you help others they rely on you to help them. In this cruel but loyal Earth, we "can't" we literally can't change it's current state as it is and that is because others doesn't still realize what they're doing to our land.

It's not that I like helping others but I just find it as something that someone needs to do because if no one doesn't mind the problem, who will?

"Even if there's not a lot of people helping at least we have someone minding the problems that we need to face" that is said by my dad ever since I was little and he said that we, who are gifted needs to share what we have because that is our purpose. I really admire my dad for being that kind of person. I think because of that at a small age, It literally change my perspective in life.

I want to have a role that helps others by preventing and also healing them, that is why I want to become a doctor. I don't find it as a job but I find it as something that involves helping and at the same time enjoyable as a profession. In an early age my dad exposed me in that kind of perspective and because of that our family always participate in Medical Missions, Tree Planting or in Gift Giving.
